A few things to note…

Information gathering is normally at no charge or steeply discounted, because we want to communicate with you. We know your users may not understand how your software was constructed. So we offer training on usage free of charge.
You will receive a manager login that will have near admin permissions if you requested a portal or demo MVP. You can access this with one account for one month. If you choose to further develop with us, our hosting subscription is what will give you access to 4 (1 manager + 3 users) accounts. You can always upscale to more user accounts later.
Another great question! Driveworks has quite a bit of IO. We can export as solidworks, STEP, IGES, pdf, As well as CSV. You can gain access to those files a few ways. We could share a cloud service directory, We could send specific individuals emails of your choosing, or if you’re really hard core we’ll snail mail you a thumb drive.
In reality, we have a portal you can search by predetermined criteria that’s relevant to you. You can just download it from there.
It’s for many reasons too. For sure it’s doable. We could connect to your ERP and pass along API end points yada yada. But we also know what you can run into with minor system tweaks. So, for that reason, we stay away from directly triggering actions at your company. That’s not to say we can’t communicate in an automated way, we just need to outline what that looks like in an agreement.
