Intro & Bio

TL;DR: Rithrose exists to help engineering teams build tools that let them do their best work. Automation enables those teams to work on bigger/higher priorities. Seth’s seen what can be, and his strategy is to make that a reality that’s more accessible to small to mid sized companies.

Hello! My name is Seth, and I founded Rithrose because I’m convinced that automation is the key to solving the biggest challenges in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) and manufacturing industries.

From a very young age, I’ve been passionate about engineering and technology. I wanted to be an architect, but I chose my path early during the transition from middle school to high school by attending a charter high school dedicated to engineering. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of seeing manufacturing scale at its absolute best: teams reaching new heights when everything aligns perfectly. That’s the new standard, and I refuse to settle for anything less.

Along the way, I’ve also discovered that some capable teams are just steps away from that level of performance simply because they weren’t aware of the tools and processes already available at their facilities. Those moments were pure inspiration—proof of how much untapped potential remains dormant because of what we may have overlooked or forgot to train on. These experiences solidified my belief that when design is paired with the right procedures and cutting-edge technology, the results are truly transformative.

“I’m dedicated to continue putting high-quality design and automation within reach for more companies”

Before founding Rithrose, I spent years designing and manufacturing canopies for companies across the United States, implementing solutions, and teaching what I’d learned about manufacturing. Much of the work I contributed to has quietly become part of everyday products and systems that millions of people use something I’m incredibly proud of. I thrive on solving problems of any scale, from minor adjustments to complete process overhauls. I’ve seen automation empower designers and engineers to make data-driven decisions they didn’t know were possible, at speeds they thought impossible. Working alongside talented people who can execute and deliver exceptional products has been a true privilege. I’m dedicated to continue putting high-quality design and automation within reach for more companies and demonstrating the impact it creates. It truly is a game changer when implemented well.

Yet my greatest strength isn’t just building systems; it’s teaching others. Before I turned 16, I began volunteering with youth robotics programs hosted by East Carolina University and AmeriCorps. Over the years, I’ve taught CAD and design courses at colleges and mentored designers in system design as part of continued education. I’m deeply committed to personal and professional development, and I find enormous fulfillment in training teams on engineering-related design content and helping them achieve high-quality outcomes.

This is exactly why I started Rithrose: to build a trusted, world-class team that makes automation accessible and frictionless for our customers.

This is exactly why I started Rithrose: to build a trusted, world-class team that makes automation accessible and frictionless for our customers. Our mission is simple: create clear, scalable system procedures tailored to each of our client’s needs, empower their people, and help them succeed at scale in production.

Rithrose works like a dedicated engineering automation partner. It’s your product, we simply make it more powerful and accessible. We build parameterized datasets, fix bottlenecks, and strengthen your workflow. But the best solutions come from collaboration. The more challenges you share with us, the faster and smarter we can solve them together.

We’ve entered a new era of engineering systems. It’s time to harness today’s technology to free engineers and designers from repetitive, mundane work and allow them to focus on the complex challenges facing our world. Consumers and sales teams can become the source of validated, accurate data for your company. Smart choices and institutional knowledge, properly baked into sales tools, enable true design-driven automation. Like bowling-lane bumpers, our systems let data entry make mistakes and then automatically catch and correct them before any human review. The result: faster processes, happier users, and better outcomes for everyone.

I believe the future of AEC and manufacturing isn’t just about better tools, it’s about better processes and stronger, more effective teams. And that’s exactly what we deliver.
